You can assign a probability of closing the sale at each stage of your business cycle; by defining each stage, your sales staff and managers are provided with real-time rolling forecasts and pipeline analysis. SOLO Server

SOLO Server is an interface that allows users to synchronize data after working offline. Easily configured and maintained from within ACCPAC SalesTeam, this utility allows synchronization of data from the central database at the office or via the Internet. With the simple push of a button, the synchronization uploads and downloads data –: including updating documents to the ACCPAC SalesTeam Document Library. SOLO Server also provides your sales personnel a synchronization tool to keep the data they need when a network or wireless device is not available.

WAP Solution – Mobilize to Make Every Sale

With ACCPAC SalesTeam, your sales team has on-the-spot access to the resources they need to close every sale. Users can access all aspects of the system from a Wireless Application Protocol (WAP)-enabled cellular phone or other WAP device, such as a personal digital assistant (PDA). Even without a cable or phone connection, your team can access pertinent real-time information via a WAP device. Plus, your sales staff can easily work offline by using their WAP device with the SOLO synchronization utility, which enables the system to automatically synchronize the changes when they reconnect.

Computer Telephony Integration

ACCPAC SalesTeam combines a fully integrated CRM component with interactive inbound and outbound telephony automation. Contact centers are provided access to the same single point of communication shared by the rest of the enterprise. A customer's complete CRM history – including fax, personal visits, phone and e-mail – is viewed through automated "pop-up" screen functionality that gives support staff an enterprise-wide view of the customer. Full on-screen auto-dial and phone functionality allows your staff to perform necessary tasks through the system interface rather than through the phone system. ACCPAC SalesTeam CTI provides full integration to all standard third-party telephony software, leveraging existing automation such as call escalation, routing, call queuing and reporting functionalities.
